Pez Gato: Pioneer of Tours in Cabo
In 1985, the Pez Gato I, a Hawaiian style catamaran, was brought to these sunny shores, as the dream of a California fireman, Paul Murphy. She was the very first Tour Boat Excursion here in Cabo San Lucas. In the beginning, there weren’t many tourists and the ones that were here, were sold trips aboard the Pez Gato, directly from Medano Beach, where the Office Restaurant now sits.

A lot has changed since then, but the Pez Gato is still Cabo’s #1 choice when it comes to boat cruises. In 2006, recognizing that the returning clientele was becoming more sophisticated, the Tropicat, an elegant 65´catamaran was added to the fleet and The Jazz & Wine Tour was born.

In 2008, The Cabo Mar, a 65′ double-decker Power Catamaran, was also acquired and the nightly Fiesta Dinner Cruise began, offering the same high-quality food and beverages as her sister ships.
Whale watching in Cabo: Humpback and California gray whales!
From Mid-December to April , Cabo is pleased to be the winter home of the migrating Humpbacks and the California Gray Whales. Daily sightings of these magnificent creatures can be viewed from the deck of any of the many vessels that the Pez Gato Company operates.

Pez Gato Tours: Reservations and Charters
Reservations are required for all tours and can be made by calling 143-3797 (from Cabo) or 619-446-6339 (from the U.S.). Pez Gato also offers private and exclusive charters for small groups and large parties of up to 150 guests.
